This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website, and Operoc Services Ltd, the owner of this Website. By using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by Clauses 1, 2, 4–11, and 15–25 of these Terms and Conditions. Clauses 3 and 12–14 apply only to the sale of Services. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
No part of this Website constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance.

Your order constitutes a contractual offer, and our acceptance occurs upon us sending a confirmation email indicating that your order has been accepted.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement:

"Account": means collectively the personal information, payment information, and credentials used by Users to access Paid Content and/or any communications system on the Website;

"System": means any online communications infrastructure that Operoc Services Ltd makes available through the Website, including but not limited to web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities, and email links;

"User" / "Users": means any third party that accesses the Website and is not employed by Operoc Services Ltd and acting in the course of their employment;

Persons under the age of 18 should use this Website only with the supervision of an Adult. Payment Information must be provided by or with the permission of an Adult.

These Terms and Conditions also apply to customers procuring Services in the course of business.

  • 4.1 Unless stated otherwise in Clause 5, all Content on the Website (except User-uploaded content) is the property of Operoc Services Ltd, our affiliates, or other relevant third parties, and is protected by Cyprus, EU, and international intellectual property laws.

5. Third Party Intellectual Property

10. Accounts

  • 10.1 To procure Services and use certain parts of the System, you must create an Account and provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
  • 10.2 Do not share your Account details. We accept no liability for losses arising from your sharing your Account details.
  • 10.3 If you believe your Account details have been compromised, notify us immediately to suspend your Account.
  • 10.4 Usernames must comply with Clause 9.

11. Termination and Cancellation of Accounts

  • 11.1 Either party may terminate an Account. If we terminate your Account, you will be notified by email, and an explanation may be provided. We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
  • 11.2 If we terminate your Account, any current or pending orders will be canceled and Services will not commence. No refunds will be provided for completed Services, except as required by law or as set forth in these Terms.

12. Services, Pricing and Availability

  • 12.1 We strive to ensure all service descriptions are accurate, but variations may occur. This does not exclude our liability for errors due to negligence.
  • 12.2 You may be required to select a Plan.
  • 12.3 Availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.
  • 12.4 All prices are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices and special offers.
  • 12.5 If prices change after you place an order but before payment, the original price applies.

13. Orders and Provision of Services

  • 13.1 Your order is a contractual offer. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • 13.2 Order confirmations will include details of Services, pricing, timing, and credentials for access.
  • 13.3 If we do not accept your order, no payment will be taken. Any payment made will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
  • 13.4 Payment is due as specified in the order confirmation (typically, immediately for setup and on the same date of each month for subscriptions).
  • 13.5 We aim to fulfill your order within 2–3 working days or a reasonable period. Time is not of the essence.
  • 13.6 If Services are to begin within 14 days of order, and you request this, you waive your statutory cancellation rights (see Clause 14).
  • 13.7 We will provide Services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with best practices.
  • 13.8 If Services provided do not conform to your order, notify us immediately for correction within five (5) working days.
  • 13.9 Technical support is provided via our online forum and/or phone. Response times are not guaranteed.

14. Cancellation of Orders and Services

  • 14.1 If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day “cooling off” period after order confirmation. To cancel during this period, email accounts@operocservices.com. Your right to cancel is subject to Clause 14.2.
  • 14.2 If you request Services to start within the cooling-off period:
  • 14.2.1 If Services are fully performed within 14 days, you lose your right to cancel;
  • 14.2.2 If you cancel after Services have started but not completed, you must pay for Services provided up to cancellation;
  • 14.2.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
  • 14.3 Cancellations after the cooling-off period are subject to the specific terms of the relevant Service.

15. Privacy

Use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy (www.thecryptomasterclass.com/privacy), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. How We Use Your Personal Information (Data Protection)

  • 18.2 If you have purchased Services and a change to these Terms is materially detrimental, you may terminate your contract within 14 days of the change taking effect.

These Terms and your relationship with Operoc Services Ltd are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. You and Operoc Services Ltd agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may benefit from additional rights under your local laws.
